Ruth is preparing to go to Thailand to serve with the unreached Buddhist Isaan people in Northeast Thailand with the eventual goal of joining a church planting team. She will arrive in Thailand July 2025. She will spend the first month living with a host family and immersing herself in the Isaan culture. Then she will spend 12-14 months in Bangkok studying the Thai language and culture. At the end of that time, she will return to Isaan to complete an apprenticeship and continue her language learning.
